“I have been cooking for nearly 40 years and became vegan when I was 20. I love teaching people how to cook as it gives me so much joy to pass on the skills I have learned throughout my life. I started as a food tech teacher in a secondary school and now teach summer cooking classes for childrenat the restaurant”

“My earliest memory of cooking is with my mother and our family would always have a ‘Mexican night’ on a Friday. As I got older, I got more and more interested in the way these dishes came to be and started to create my own recipes inspired by the ones I had when I was younger”
